Both islands have direct TUI flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham and East Midlands. easyJet flies to Sal only, from Gatwick, Manchester and Bristol. From Bristol, Glasgow and Newcastle there are direct flights to Sal only.
There are no direct flights from the UK to Praia. The usual options are a direct flight to Sal and then an inter-island flight of about 50 minutes, or TAP Air Portugal via Lisbon from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester.
